Is P2P transfer really free forever?
Yes — on every plan, including Pro and Studio. Direct transfers between devices cost us nothing to facilitate — no servers, no bandwidth, no storage. We only charge for cloud storage, which is a real, separate cost.
What happens when I upgrade to Pro?
You get 200 GB of cloud storage with up to 5 GB per file, shareable download links with expiry control (1–7 days), and optional password protection — for sending to someone who isn't online right now. Your P2P transfers stay exactly as unlimited as they were on Free.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, your cloud files will remain accessible for 30 days before being deleted.
Is Studio right for my studio or agency?
Studio is built for teams that deliver finished work to clients — video/photo production, agencies, print shops. You get custom branding on download pages, a full audit log (who sent what, to whom, when), one shared 1 TB quota with no per-seat minimum, file uploads up to 20 GB, and link expiry up to 30 days. How do I prove a client actually received the file?
Every cloud upload and download is recorded in your team's audit log — timestamped, per-user, permanent. When a client asks "did you send that?" weeks later, you check the log instead of digging through email.
