Is P2P transfer still free on Studio?
Yes — on every plan, including Studio. Direct device-to-device transfers cost us nothing to facilitate, so they stay unlimited and free forever. Studio only adds the cloud-delivery layer on top.
How do I prove a client actually received a file?
Every upload and download on a Studio team is recorded in that team's audit log — timestamped, per file, per user. When a client asks "did you send that?" weeks later, you check the log instead of digging through email.
Do I need to set up a team to use the audit log?
Yes, one time. The audit log and branded download pages are team features — create a team (even a team of one) after subscribing and both switch on immediately. A Studio account with no team created yet won't show an audit log.
What does "custom branding" actually change?
Your logo (via a hosted image URL) and an accent color appear on every download page your team sends, plus a custom message you set. It replaces the default ShareFile look on pages your clients see.
What if I need more than 1 TB, or a custom contract?
1 TB is fair-use and covers most teams. If you need more storage or a negotiated agreement, use the contact form below instead of the self-serve checkout.
Can I upgrade from Pro instead of starting fresh?
Yes — subscribing to Studio replaces your Pro plan on the same account. Your existing cloud files and history carry over.
