Is there a limit on video file size?
No. Peer-to-peer transfers have no file size limit since the file streams directly between devices and is never stored on a server.
Do my phone and PC need to be on the same WiFi network?
No — the connection uses WebRTC with STUN/TURN for NAT traversal, so it works even if your phone is on mobile data and your PC is on a different network.
